I love this. I was out on more overnights this summer than I have been in years but still not even close to enough. I'm considering winter camping this year too. Have you done much of that?
That's wonderful that you were able to do more overnights this summer! And I can understand it not being close to enough. There's something about spending full days and nights outside in wild places that is so magical. I've not tried winter camping yet, but I've definitely thought about it. I had been moving my autumn camping trips a little later each year to see how I do. I've made it to early October, and so far haven't been thwarted by the chill. That's still a long way from mid-winter camping, but getting closer!
